Shipping Policy
1 - Free shipping offer only valid to shipments within the contiguous 48 states. No other orders outside of this region will be accepted. This method of shipping will take approximately 2-5 days for delivery.
2 - Free shipping offers, when available, are good for limited time only and may discontinue at anytime without notice. All confirmed orders placed before a free shipping offer ends will receive the shipping cost they were quoted at the time the order was placed, regardless of the ship date.
3 - Usually, credit card orders are shipped the same day, or the morning following the receipt of the order. All orders received after 3:00 pm Pacific Time Friday, and orders placed on the weekend, will be shipped Monday. Orders will be shipped when all items have been gathered.
4 -We will ship to AE, APO, AP, or FPO addresses.
5 - Orders are shipped Usps and should arrive between 1 to 5 business days from the order date. Please note that once an order leaves the warehouse it is out of our control and the carrier is responsible for any unforeseen delays in your order's arrival. 6 - Unfortunately, we cannot combine multiple orders or add to orders already placed. If you want to cancel your order please call Customer Service at (213)401-2126
