Can a Honda Shadow sound like a Harley?

The Honda Shadow ACE was so similar that Harley actually sued them over the look and even the sound. Harley-Davidson owns the American cruiser market. It took the American cruiser styling even further than the standard Shadow, with long fenders and a teardrop gas tank very much like a Harley.
Simply so, what makes a Harley sound like a Harley?
Each pop you hear is the sound of the exhaust valve opening, and it happens on every second revolution of the crankshaft. Harley's engine is designed in the shape of a V and the crankshaft has only one pin, attached to both pistons. This also accounts for the popping noises a Harley makes at idle.
Hereof, does Honda still make the shadow?
The VT750C2B Shadow Phantom remains in the American Honda line-up for 2019.
Honda Shadow: The Honda Shadow is a cruiser taking its styling cues from classic choppers of old. A pullback handlebar, bobbed rear fender, cruiser footpegs and a powerful V-twin engine make this as fun to stare at as it is to ride.
