- Cornstarch. Add 10 teaspoons of cornstarch to a bowl.
- Baking Soda. Add one teaspoon of baking soda. Mix.
- Glue. Use our usual Elmer's PVA glue that we use all the time for making slime. Add 4 teaspoons.
- Troubleshooting. Work the Starlite with your hands for about 5 minutes.
