Try Ctrl + Shift + Z . Tested on Linux with Chrome browser. I ran into the problem of accidentally undoing some formatted content on a Mac using Chrome. While command + z is undo, the shortcut to redo in Chrome on the Mac is control + z.
Just so, how do I undo an action in Chrome?
You just press Command-Z to undo the tab closing (undo works in most Mac apps).
- Undo is an interaction technique which is implemented in many computer programs.
- In most Microsoft Windows applications, the keyboard shortcut for the Undo command is Ctrl+Z or Alt+Backspace, and the shortcut for Redo is Ctrl+Y or Ctrl+Shift+Z.
Also question is, how do you redo on Google?
To open a list of keyboard shortcuts in Google Docs, press Ctrl + / (Windows, Chrome OS) or ? + / (Mac). To search the menus, press Alt + / (Windows, Chrome OS) or Option + / (Mac).
