Not to mention Lowe's and HD both have a no tips allowed policy for employees. If they are an actual employee that's a fireable offense. If they are a contractor they might be jeopardizing future work.

No- they are getting paid and don't work for tips, but I wouldn't hold it against you if you did.

Depending on the job and your home's layout, you should probably tip them anywhere from $5 to $20 each. It's not mandatory, and they're not expecting it, but they deserve it. A respectful delivery man or woman should always be recognized for solid work.
Other than that,I usually tip $10-20 per guy.
