Can we eat almonds with skin after soaking?

Almonds are rich in many nutrients and if eaten with the peel the nutrients will not be absorbed by the body and hence it is very important to peel the almond. Hence when almonds are soaked they are the nutrients are released and hence they become more nutritious.
Considering this, should I peel almonds after soaking?
The skin of almonds is difficult to digest, and therefore Ayurveda recommends soaking the almonds and peeling the skin to improve the digestibility of almonds. When you eat almonds without soaking and peeling off the skin, it will aggravate Pitta in the blood.
Secondly, how do you eat almonds after soaking?
How to soak almonds
- Place almonds in a bowl, add enough warm tap water to fully cover them, and sprinkle about 1 teaspoon of salt for every 1 cup (140 grams) of nuts.
- Cover the bowl and let it sit on your countertop overnight, or for 8–12 hours.
- Drain and rinse.
- Pat the almonds dry using a clean paper towel.
Consuming water after having nuts or foods with too much oil content in them may lead to deposition of fat in the food pipe, resulting in irritation and coughing. Some say that it is not like we cannot drink a sip or two, but one must avoid consuming cold water and instead sip on lukewarm water.
