Why is death important to life?
Beside this, what does death teach us about life?
Every pain, every fear, every struggle, every dark place, ever setback, every lesson, every person I've watched die… If being around death has taught me anything, it's taught me how bad I want to live, and help other people live too. And not just live; but live life to the fullest; with a purpose!
One may also ask, is thinking about death normal? Having some anxiety about death is an entirely normal part of the human condition. However, for some people, thinking about their own death or the process of dying can cause intense anxiety and fear. A person may feel extreme anxiety and fear when they consider that death is inevitable.
Keeping this in consideration, what is the importance of life?
Because the energy invested in meaning allows you to connect with your deeper purpose. The more you engage with meaningful life, not only does it grow with time, it also provides you with a happy, fulfilling life.
What do we learn from death?
The most important lesson that we can learn from the death of a loved one, is that life does go on. Take these lessons and apply them to your life – let them help you to find your way through the grief, to celebrate both your life and the life of the one that you have lost.
