What is Bloom in Halo?

bloom is the decreasing accuracy of the weapons as you shoot them faster. The targeting sights expand to show it. Basically your shots have a chance to hit anywhere inside the targeting sight so when it is bigger you have less control over where the bullets go.
Similarly, it is asked, did Halo 3 have bloom?
Without bloom it's still a 5 shot kill with the DMR. This is the same as Halo 3's BR. Leave Halo as it has been. NO BLOOM.
Beside above, what is Bloom in a FPS?
What do you think of the “bloom” mechanic in FPS games? I dislike randomized bullet spray in general, so naturally I don't like Bloom either. For those not aware, Bloom is when a gun's bullet spread area increases over time as it's fired, resetting when you stop firing.
Bleed through is when damage is able to go through the shield and do damage to health as well. So take Halo 3, when you shot someone you could melee and kill them when they still had shield, as it would go through the shield and take out all their health as well.
