Can you return boots after wearing them?
Keeping this in consideration, can I return shoes after wearing them?
Just return them, you'll be fine. There usually is a 30-day return policy and a few scratches on the shoe from 1-day wear won't hurt. Return policy says unworn merchandice only, and to please make sure you try them in the store before you wear them outside.
Herein, can you return make up to boots?
Unless faulty, medicines, food, personalised gifts or cosmetic products which have been opened cannot be refunded or exchanged. Any Boots Advantage Card points collected against a refunded item will be removed in accordance with the Advantage Card terms and conditions. This does not affect your statutory rights.
So the advice is - when you buy shoes, make sure they fit you properly before you buy them - spend a bit of time walking up and down in the store and try on different sizes, because legally you aren't entitled to a refund if you later realise they hurt you. You have no right of return at all, in fact.
